Momentarily, If you make your way up the streets of 5th Ave you may run into a peculiar ostrich in the windows of Louis Vuitton! The larger than life ostrich and it’s eggs are proudly displaying Vuitton’s spring and summer shoes and accessories collection. The ostriches were created by Chameleon Visual, a London based creative agency who design, produce and install visual concepts such as these exquisite Vuitton display. The prehistoric animal was hand crafted by the team who meticulously sculpted their faces and painted legs their legs gold. The cheeky ostriches are full of playfulness and wit as their long necks travel through window displays, or dip into the ground only to come up again in a different location. Their over sized eggs are vertically lined in front of tufted pink velvet walls and are hatching the seasons latest accessories! Chameleon’s display for Louis Vuitton translates into the concept of rebirth which is essentially, what the season of spring is all about.
