Pavillon Hermès




Milan Design Week 2011 once again represented the launch point for some of the design world’s most innovative and aesthetically pleasing furniture collections. The Hermès house was among the latest blockbuster names to dabble in furniture design as artistic director Pierre-Alexis Dumas aligned with Enzo Mari, Antonio Citterio and RDAI Studios to create a selection of sofas, chairs, tables and other different lifestyle accompaniments. The exhibition took place in a house constructed solely out of cardboard which offered an interesting contrast between the fixtures and the housing. The Pavillon Hermès will be available starting this fall.
