With the recent events in Japan, people in Tokyo city are forced to save energy in order to redistribute a portion thereof to the affected areas. In Tokyo, this translates into lower overall lighting, monuments and office buildings, giant screens, etc.. A beautiful time-lapse directed by darwinfish105 shows the reality of these cuts lighting.
